A. Typically, we do not offer same-day service due to volume. However, if it's an urgent situation like a funeral,

A. We offer printing on various surfaces including three different photo papers, canvas, fine art paper, metal, and wood.
However, we cannot print on glass or fabric.
A. Yes, every image we receive is checked for color and clarity and adjusted if needed before printing. For an additional
charge and upon request, we can remove or add objects, touch up stray hairs and blemishes, edit colors, and more.
A. No, we do not offer this service due to privacy concerns and the length of time we'd need the phone.
A. We can scan film negatives up to 8x10”, 35mm slides, prints, flat artwork, and documents as long as they are within our
copyright policy.
A. Rockbrook Camera respects and adheres to copyright laws to protect photographer's work. We will not accept
photographs with copyright marks by an individual photographer or studio without written consent. Marks may include
logo, studio or photographer name, watermarked paper with "do not copy", or the copyright icon. It is the responsibility of
the photographer to clearly notify their clients of copyrighted material through these markings.
Instances in which Rockbrook Camera will print copyrighted material:
1. Photographer has given a written consent to allow client to reproduce photographs.
2. In photo restoration projects, in which the photograph was created before 1979 and the studio most likely would not
contest the restoration.
A. Owner's rights can pass to the family after their death. Copyright laws last throughout their lifetime and 70 years after
their death.
A. Yes, to take the appropriate amount of time to create a high- quality result, we will need to keep your original item.

A. No, we ask that your images are removed from the frame before bringing them in to scan.
A: Yes, we can digitize your movie reels and store them on a USB drive or DVD, or we can digitally send you the files.
A. No, we do not offer video enhancement services at this time.
A. You'll receive an email notifying you of completion for print orders placed via our website or in-store kiosk. For custom
orders such as scanning or film developing, you'll receive a phone call or text message.
A: Orders placed via our website will have the option to ship to your location. However, we do not ship mounted photo decor prints over the size of 20x30".
