  • Q. How long will it take for my order to be completed?

    A. Estimated completion times:

    • Matte / Glossy Prints up to 8x12: Next business day by 4pm
    • Matte / Glossy Prints 10x10 & Larger: 3 business days for Omaha | 5 -7 business days for Lincoln
    • ProFinish Lustre Prints: 2 - 3 business days for Omaha | 5- 7 business days for Lincoln

  • Q: Do You Develop Film and Disposable Cameras?

    A. Yes, we develop 35mm, 120 & 220 Film in addition to disposable cameras.

    Once developed, we can create prints and digitally scan your negatives.

  • Q. Will I receive my film negatives back?

    A. Yes, we take great care in returning all your film negatives to you for future reprints or scans.

  • Q. Do you develop slide film?

    A. No, we no longer have the equipment needed to develop films that require E-6 processing.

  • Q. Do you offer same-day or one-hour printing?

    A. Typically, we do not offer same-day service due to volume. However, if it's an urgent situation like a funeral,

    contact us by phone to see if we can expedite service

  • Q. What kinds of surfaces can you print on?

    A. We offer printing on various surfaces including three different photo papers, canvas, fine art paper, metal, and wood.

    However, we cannot print on glass or fabric.

  • Q. Can you digitally edit or enhance my image?

    A. Yes, every image we receive is checked for color and clarity and adjusted if needed before printing. For an additional

    charge and upon request, we can remove or add objects, touch up stray hairs and blemishes, edit colors, and more.

  • Q. Can you transfer pictures and videos from my phone to USB?

    A. No, we do not offer this service due to privacy concerns and the length of time we'd need the phone.

  • Q. What types of scanning are you able to do?

    A. We can scan film negatives up to 8x10”, 35mm slides, prints, flat artwork, and documents as long as they are within our

    copyright policy.

  • Q. What is your copyright policy?

    A. Rockbrook Camera respects and adheres to copyright laws to protect photographer's work. We will not accept

    photographs with copyright marks by an individual photographer or studio without written consent. Marks may include

    logo, studio or photographer name, watermarked paper with "do not copy", or the copyright icon. It is the responsibility of

    the photographer to clearly notify their clients of copyrighted material through these markings.


    Instances in which Rockbrook Camera will print copyrighted material:


    1. Photographer has given a written consent to allow client to reproduce photographs.


    2. In photo restoration projects, in which the photograph was created before 1979 and the studio most likely would not

    contest the restoration.

  • Q. Why can't you scan a copyright photo after the photographer has retired or passed away?

    A. Owner's rights can pass to the family after their death. Copyright laws last throughout their lifetime and 70 years after

    their death.

  • Q. Do I need to leave my originals with you to scan or restore?

    A. Yes, to take the appropriate amount of time to create a high- quality result, we will need to keep your original item.

    Rest assured that our professionals will care for your valuable images.

  • Q. Can you remove my photograph from a frame for scanning?

    A. No, we ask that your images are removed from the frame before bringing them in to scan.

  • Q. Can you convert movie reels into a digital file?

    A: Yes, we can digitize your movie reels and store them on a USB drive or DVD, or we can digitally send you the files.

  • Q. Can you digitally enhance my video?

    A. No, we do not offer video enhancement services at this time.

  • Q. How will you notify me that my order is ready for pick-up?

    A. You'll receive an email notifying you of completion for print orders placed via our website or in-store kiosk. For custom

    orders such as scanning or film developing, you'll receive a phone call or text message.

  • Q. Are you able to ship my order?

    A: Orders placed via our website will have the option to ship to your location. However, we do not ship mounted photo decor prints over the size of 20x30".
